Terms of Service

RADAR is a professional positioning platform. Right now, two things exist:

• RoleVelocity — a free job-search tracker (dashboard and Chrome extension) for jobs, contacts, and organizations. Free, with no trial period or credit card required, because there is nothing to pay for.
• Coaching — a paid, human-delivered 1:1 engagement with the founder, described in full below.

The RADAR workbook (the 13-exercise positioning product referred to elsewhere on this site) has not shipped yet. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that it's included with anything you can buy today.

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, or by continuing with LinkedIn. You're responsible for keeping access to your email or LinkedIn account secure, since that controls access to your RADAR account. Don't use RADAR to capture or store data about people in a way that would be unlawful in your jurisdiction (for example, in violation of a site's own terms of use, or applicable data-protection law) — the extension is a personal research tool for your own job search, not a scraping tool for bulk data collection.

Coaching is exactly three things, and nothing more:

• A 1:1 positioning session with the founder.
• A written positioning summary — authored by hand by the founder, from that session. This is not an automated report or export.
• A follow-up review call over that material.

Two things Coaching does notinclude, stated plainly so there's no ambiguity: it does not include the RADAR workbook (the 13-exercise product is not built yet, so it cannot be granted to you), and the written summary is not an automated export from any software — it is written by a person, by hand, based on your session. If anything else on this site or in outreach appears to promise more than these three things, these terms control: this is the scope of what you are buying.

Coaching is purchased through a Stripe Payment Link. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; RADAR does not receive or store your card details. The price shown on the Payment Link at the time of purchase is the price you pay; any taxes Stripe calculates and adds at checkout are your responsibility in addition to the listed price.

If you cancel or request a refund before your scheduled 1:1 session takes place, you get a full refund — no questions asked, email the address below or use the cancellation option on your booking confirmation.

Once the 1:1 session has happened, it is non-refundable. At that point the core of the engagement — the founder's time in a live 1:1 conversation — has already been delivered; unlike a digital product, that can't be returned. The written summary and the follow-up review call are then owed to you as the rest of the engagement, regardless of whether a refund is requested.

If something goes wrong on our end — the session doesn't happen, the summary is never delivered — contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund if that's the right fix. Outside of that, refund requests made after the session has taken place are considered at the founder's discretion, case by case, but are not guaranteed.

Coaching is advice and a work product from a real conversation — it is not a guarantee of a job offer, an interview, a raise, or any other career outcome. What you do with the positioning work is up to you.

If these terms change in a material way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you've already purchased Coaching, the terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
